Sunshine Society making a difference - a day of painting at the govt. primary school village Barola

10/9/2016

Comments

In our quest for making a difference in and around the place where we live, Sunshine Society extended a helping hand to the govt. primary school in village Barola. The need was to have iron lockable doors installed in the classrooms and the terrace to avoid theft and entry of miscreants in the premises who previously destroyed whatever came in their way of leisure. Pankaj electronics stepped in to sponsor the installation of 6 iron doors.
With Mr. Ajay Chaturvedi constantly conducting the quality check and Quint Wellington Redwood stepping in to paint the iron doors, this was a complete team work which spoke volumes about the civic involvement in  making a difference.
Quint team including Sunil, Rajat, Srikar, Vaibhav, Swetha, Neeraj and Kavi and Deepak Methi from Pankaj electronics along with his son Udit and Vasanthi, Archana, Paritosh, Ajay, Dr.Mittal and Vaishali together painted the school doors with bright blue and yellow and the gate black to ensure that the gate and the doors  are clean, and protected.
The children were very happy to see the painting activity happening in school. They agreed that they themselves can make the surroundings clean and we do not need to wait for someone else to do it for us.
The principal, Mrs Ruchi Agrawal Singh also actively participated in the whole activity and commended the efforts made by the entire team
We are all proud Sunshiners...
