A mother of two beautiful daughters, she is so able to empathize with people around her. 
One thing is sure – if Archana is attached with a cause, it cannot be anything but genuine. So we have her light that drives us to provide help wherever needed – softly, gently and continuously…

Meena Agarwal
Process orientation, questioning mind and a genuine objective making are a few striking traits of an engineer. This is just a beginning to describe our life member, Meena.
Ex–Chief Engineer, NHPC, Meena has an experience of around 22 years working with the PSU at different levels. Focused and methodological in her approach, Meena brings structure and order in the organization and is continuously at it irrespective of all the hurdles on the way. With only the success of Sunshine Society on her mind, she is in the process of building a system within the organization. With her as a life member, the only way for Sunshine is to march forward.
Ramita Taneja
Ramita Taneja or Rimaa as she is fondly addressed is a firebrand. With a “Just do it” spirit, she goes about doing her business. Rimaa is a member Sunshiner. Sunshine Society has grown in leaps and bounds due to her unflinching support and never say die attitude. It is very easy to advise and we get that a lot, but Rimaa is the one who will make things happen, put others out of their slumber and set the wheels in motion. Work spirit is not the only thing she has, she also has a huge heart which accommodates all in distress. She plans for them and ensures that their lives become simpler.
An ardent animal lover, a life coach and a woman of multiple talents, she takes the Sunshine spirit forward, leading from the front.​ She is the Vice President of Sunshine Society
Sunil Mehta
Methodical approach, logical mind and a desire to serve is what makes Sunil an asset to Sunshine Society. Dependable and a total support, Sunil gives the backbone to the organisation. He has more than 26 years of experience in IT solutions. He has been associated with Sunshine for the last 5 years and has been an active member volunteer. With him on board, Sunshine can look forward to a clear approach and a systematic way forward.

Shaloo Mishra
A creative and a dynamic professional with over 3 years of experience as a social worker and 5 years of rich experience in industry & academia in the field of Teaching & Research, Strategic Planning, Team Management, Sales & Marketing & Business Development. A keen planner, strategist & implementer with a creative bent of mind.

 Keka Barat
 Keka believes that education brings about a change. This is precisely what she does – teaches children. She has a teaching                              experience of around 4 years with few schools in Noida.Gently goading the ones who can excel and being strict for the difficult ones, she welcomes all who need extra support. Continuously and untiringly she coaches them, and tries to find out the underlying issues. Getting past her watchful eyes is what the children cannot do and working hard and practice is the only way that pleases Keka Barat.
Vinod Prakash Gupta
Sh. Vinod Prakash Gupta, a retired banker and now a yogi started after school classes for the children of underprivileged section in a small Jhuggi in sector 50. This was year 2008. Now a Sunshiner and a life member, Vinod Prakash Gupta is an active member who steadfastly runs the sector 50 After School Study center and inspires the study centers in other sectors.
