After School Study Programme

Objective

To bridge the knowledge gap and to support in mainstreaming the children.

The After School Study program was started as a vision of Shri V P Gupta. He single handedly initiated this program since 2008 and has been totally involved in its management. Sunshine Society extended its support by way of sponsoring the education of the selected children and initiating the efforts to mainstream them. Currently this initiative covers more than  100 students and are managed out of 4 classrooms including a computer room. This initiative is also supported by the Sector 50 RWA by way of providing space and computers. 

This program also includes any medical support that the children may require. Children undergo regular medical tests and have been supported on Spectacles as well as hearing support.

Fund Generation

Funds are generated by way of individual contributions.
