Monthly awards for the best attendance as well as personal hygiene were distributed by the Sunshine Indirapuram team at Chahak and Udaan informal schools, Indirapuram. The objective of these awards is to create awareness amongst children towards personal hygiene and cleanliness as well as to encourage them to attend their classes regularly. 10 no. hygiene kits & 6 nos. atta packs were donated by volunteers from ATS Advantage Indirapuram – Minisha ji, Pooja Bhateja and Monika Aggarwal. Also distributed were stationary (copy, pencil, eraser, sharpener, crayons) and wrist watches donated by Meenu Agrawal, socks by Monika Aggarwal and Sheetal, shirts and caps by Parul Sharma and mats by Sabia and Shafique Mustafa. Sunshine team is so very grateful to all donors and volunteers who have constantly been working towards betterment of underprivileged children and encouraging them to be educated. Nimit, student class XI not only joined today’s distribution despite his hectic study schedule, but has also pledged his time to teach Sunshine children in the afternoon as and when he gets time.
